Delete your FQEFlix account

1. Open the FQEFlix app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
3. We email a six-digit code to your account address.
4. Enter the code and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile: name, email address, country and phone number
• Your saved list, watch history and viewing progress
• Your preferences and notifications

Any active FQEFlix subscription is cancelled when your account is deleted, so it will not renew.

We keep payment and invoice records, and records of completed Book Store orders, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These records are kept without your name or contact details and are no longer linked to an account.

• If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel that subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings first. We cannot cancel it for you.
• If a Book Store order is still on its way, you can delete your account once it has been delivered or cancelled.
