Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Profile under Subscription & Billing. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period — no further charges are made.
If you believe you were charged in error or experience a billing issue, please contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Lifetime memberships are a one-time payment. Because lifetime access is granted immediately upon purchase, these purchases are generally not eligible for refunds.

During the founding member launch period, refund handling depends on the plan type and payment status at the time of request. We are committed to fair treatment of early supporters.
